I’ve never done yoga before. Is this for me?

Are you open everyday?

Yes! We have dedicated beginners classes, as well as

classes for all levels.

Yes! We have classes every day of the week. Just click on Bookings to view our timetable.

Do you have classes for children?

Do you have yoga mats I can use?

Yes! We have weekly classes for 4-8 years old, 8-12 years old, and classes for teens.

Yes! We have mats that you can hire, and good quality mats and towels that you can purchase.

Can I book classes in advance?

Can men come to class?

Yes! You can book up to a month in advance if you purchase any of our packages.

Yes! All of our classes are suitable for both men and women, and we also have a dedicated men’s class.

Are there changing facilities?

Are there any concessionary rates?

Yes! We have changing rooms with showers for both men and women.

Yes! We have concessionary rates for students and for pensioners.

Do you hold workshops?

Can I eat before class?

Yes! We regularly hold weekend workshops, and host specialist guest teachers from around the globe.

We recommend that you leave 2 hours after eating before you practice, and always stay well hydrated.

Is it a hot yoga studio?

What should I wear?

Yes! Most of our classes are hot yoga classes. We like to heat the room to around 30 degrees.

Non-restrictive comfortable clothing such as shorts, leggings, or trunks, and a T-shirt, vest or sports top.
